Phoenix Systems, a deep-tech company developing the Phoenix-RTOS real-time operating system, has launched a public offering of its shares based on an Information Memorandum. The Company plans to raise approximately PLN 21.5 million in gross proceeds to complete R&D work and bring its Phoenix-SAT 2 satellite project to commercial readiness, as well as to expand its business development team across the Smart Grid, Defence and Space segments.
