Having graduated magna cum laude from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technologies at Warsaw University of Technology, he pairs 25 years of software expertise with a track record of commercializing high-tech ventures.

Kaja Swat
COO
Kaja drives operational excellence. Educated at the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technologies at Warsaw University of Technology and the Warsaw School of Economics, she brings over 18 years of experience managing complex deep-tech projects across the energy, medical, and industrial sectors.

Marek Białowąs
CTO
Marek directs the engineering of the company’s deep-tech core. An alumnus of the Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics at University of Warsaw and a laureate of multiple algorithmic contests, he pairs strong theoretic foundations with over 15 years of experience in system programming.

As the President of the Supervisory Board, Piotr Nadolski brings decades of strategic expertise in the investment market and business consulting. An alumnus of the Faculty of Quantitative Methods and Information Systems at Warsaw School of Economics, he has held senior executive roles at prominent firms, including FUND.1 NFI SA, V NFI Victoria SA, and Sandfield Capital.

As the Vice-President of the Supervisory Board, Prof. Janusz Sosnowski brings deep technical and academic authority to the company. A Professor of Computer Science and Head of the Dependable Systems Group at Warsaw University of Technology, he is a renowned expert in computer security and reliability, and a member of the IEEE Computer Society.
