Project Manager
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Salary: 15 000 - 19 000 PLN
Phoenix Systems is looking for a Project Manager to manage implementation and R&D projects of Phoenix-RTOS for Edge-IoT smart devices.
Tasks & accountabilities:
- managing projects related to the development and implementation of the Phoenix-RTOS operating system for Edge-IoT devices,
- supervision over the implementation of projects in accordance with the schedule and budget,
- planning, supervising, and verifying work across all project stages,
- risk management,
- change management,
- cooperation with technical teams at the stages of defining the scope, planning, implementation and maintenance of the projects,
- managing the flow of information in the projects,
- communicating with partners, clients, and other stakeholders regarding the execution and maintenance of delivered solutions, including organizing and participating in status meetings,
- organizing the work of the project teams,
- regularly reporting project progress to the Management Board,
- creating project documentation and ensuring its proper flow and quality,
- representing the company in interactions with project stakeholders such as partners, clients, certification bodies, auditors, etc.
Required skills:
- higher education in a technical field (e.g., computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or similar),
- at least 4 years of professional experience in a similar role; experience in the IT sector related to IoT devices will be an additional advantage,
- experience in international project environments,
- familiarity with project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 and PMI,
- understanding of technologies related to IT, electronics, and IoT devices, along with the ability to dive into technical details,
- experience in cooperation with IT specialists,
- experience in producing project documentation (both technical and financial reports),
- Fluency in English (minimum level C1),
- well-developed interpersonal skills: communication, teamwork, and relationship management,
- independence, efficiency, diligence, and attention to detail,
- excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and set priorities.
Additional skills:
- experience in implementing and settling projects financed by public funds (NCBR).
