The shares in Phoenix Systems public offering, a Polish deep-tech company operating in the Smart Grid, Defence and Space segments, has attracted strong interest from investors. The issue price per share in the offering has been set at PLN 50.00. The company is offering a total of 430,000 new ordinary shares of Series B, representing a total offering value of PLN 21.5 million.
Phoenix Systems plans to debut on the New Connect market by the end of Q4 2026.
