On March 11, 2025, Phoenix Systems signed a contract with the Armament Agency (Agencja Uzbrojenia) for the implementation of the Multi-domain Autopilot for Unmanned Vehicles (Wielodomenowy Autopilot dla Platform Bezzałogowych – WAP) project.
Phoenix Systems was one of five companies awarded this contract (CODE QUEST Sp. z o.o., Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Lotnictwa, Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Przemysłowy Instytut Automatyki i Pomiarów and FlyFocus Sp. z o.o.).
We congratulate all the participating teams and wish them success in completing the project!
Our next step is to conduct the Industrial Feasibility Study (Przemysłowe Studium Wykonalności – PSW) and implement the autopilot system. The final stage of the project involves demonstrating our solution in action in a relevant environment, including a training ground test (achieving the VI level of technological readiness – TRL 6). The aim of the study is to create a roadmap outlining the path to the main objective, utilizing all available research and technological methods.
We will focus on further developing our existing product, Phoenix-PILOT.
The objective of this initiative is to procure a Multi-domain Autopilot for Unmanned Vehicles for the Polish Army, based on domestic solutions. The project includes the development of existing commercial tools under licenses and aims to establish local R&D capabilities in this field.
We are hopeful that our product will be recognized for its value.
Keep your fingers crossed!
