iSMART2 gas meter present at Enlit Europe 2022 in Frankfurt, Germany

Cooperation pays off! Phoenix Systems was once again present at Enlit Europe - the largest fairs event of the energy sector and a constantly growing, inclusive and end-to-end forum that addresses every aspect of Europe's energy transition - this year taking place in Frankfurt, Germany.

Thanks to our key business partner, Apator Metrix S.A. , visitors could get acquainted with smart metering devices based on the Phoenix-RTOS operating system - Smart Gas Meters - including the latest one, iSMART2 for Fluvius, which will be implemented in Belgium in the amount of 1M.

iSMART2 is a new generation of smart gas meters, which combines an electronic index with a reliable and robust diaphragm - the design based on over 70 years of experience of Apator Group. The use of the open-source, scalable, real-time operating system, Phoenix-RTOS, enables possible further expansion of functionality. The key feature of iSMART2, distinguishing it on the market, is its service life - iSMART2 is able to work on a battery for 15 years.
