Leading Russian meter vendor Incotex selects Phoenix-RTOS operating system

Incotex, leader on the Russian meter market, signed the license agreement with Phoenix Systems. According to the contract, Phoenix-RTOS real-time operating system will constitute the basis for its next generation data concentrator unit (DCU).

Phoenix Systems will develop a complete DCU firmware stack meeting strict Incotex requirements. Incotex is one of the biggest meter vendors in Europe. Next generation DCUs will be offered both on Russian as well as global markets.

Phoenix Systems sp. z o. o. is a technology start-up, which developed and commercialized the real time operating system Phoenix-RTOS for the needs of the Internet of Things (IoT) market and in particular the Smart Utility market.
