Yesterday's deal was the next stage in the acquisition of majority shares of the Company. In the first tranche, which took place on 24 July., Atende Software purchased from existing shareholders a 25% stake for 929 thousand PLN. Purpose of the acquisition of the new entity is to build the competence of Atende Software on the most advanced technologies and expansion on international markets.
